I thought we could use this thread to list transfers that Konami have missed out on their Data Pack 2.0.
Note: These are only for permanent or loan-to-permanent transfers. Konami has a mechanic in the game where loaned players are transferred back to their clubs after a season in Master League; I'm not sure how to implement this so I avoided the loan transfers.
* As of 22/10/2020, the player is not in the current Data Pack, but can be copied from Data Pack 1.
** This is a fake club (Create the real club it's named after and add the player(s) OR leave in the player(s) in the Free Agent and use the fake club for another team).
*** Player can be copied from PES2020.

Barnsley are my English team and they've got the following two issues with their squad;

Bambo Diaby was released on the 7th of October but is still in the squad.
Herbie Kane signed from Liverpool on the 16th of October but isn't in the game yet so will either need to be created or wait for Konami to hopefully do another update.

Couple of free agents should be at clubs too;

Roman Neustadter - Dynamo Moscow
Ljubomir Fejsa - Al Ahli (Saudi)
Steven Defour - Mechelen
Ki Sung-Yeung - FC Seoul
Danny Drinkwater - Chelsea

Also as far as I'm aware Mitroglou should still be at Marseille, I can't find anything to say he's gone even if Marseille don't actually want him :LOL:
 
I believe I've completed the English, Brazilian and Argentinian league. (if there are any mistakes, please let me know). When I have time, I'll look at the other leagues.

Also, the transfer are for pre Data Pack 2.0 transfers only. So anything after or on 22/10/2020 should be left to Konami for the next Data Pack.

I assume, that the missing players in Konami's DP2 are already corrected by the OF makers that made their OF’s DP2.0 compatible?! Is that correct? PESunites for example.

Regarding PESunites, I don't think so. When I installed v5, it still didn't have the missing players.

Well if someone chooses to release an EDIT file with the appropriate up to date moves, like EvoWeb Patch, then they'll do it now because 2.0 should have Konami placing everyone in the right place for the most part now that they've addressed other 2020-21 updating issues.
