transfer players freeely??

hello everyone...

is there any programme yet to help transfer players from any team to another nyway you want or we just have to wait a lil more ?
i tried pes complete editor by Mosu and its not working..changes arent being saved for some reason though i click save..

n just one other question..

how can i make my own team kits and use them in kitserver?

How about Edit mode in-game?
Transfers there works with NO BUGS.
