Tournaments with friends but SEMI or MANUAL: are those possibile?

With a few friends we spend evenings playing online.
I create a Championship and we join there to play one against the other.

I'd like to know if there's a way to set a tournament online in which you (the master of the event) can force all the players to use SEMI or MANUAL controls.

I'm tired of all these helps.
