You can play on PC through goggle play now if you want. I guess the game will be improved from the mobile specific version, but I think it will be fairly close:

Just played it, gameplay isn't that bad but the menus are an absolute nightmare

Just tried it myself, animations are really good but it's still a barebones mobile football pokemon game so there's no depth, no offline teams or any substantial AI to brag about.

There's a raft of these types of game releasing at the moment.
