Especially in country where there's zero wind or England, Belgium or some in North France where there's not a single bit of wind with air fresh or not, and the sun is like 30kg on your shoulder...
But from home i've found something way better than a basic ventilator, for those like me who don't have the money to install a full climatisation in their home : i advice them to get an "air cooler" with water to verse on the recipient.
Day and Night with and without, and destroy completely the effectiveness of a basic, even super strong, ventilator.
@Chris Davies there's all prices depending the functions/size/power but something between 60 and 100 euro like that one (i brough my third air wave in 15 years, 3 different versions and they were both effective enough to refresh you home)
Some Amazon.uk example, the one i brought is not available ftm, i took 3 ressembling choices :
92 euros for that one, it got the same functions and similar than mine but i've paid it 78 euros... Probably the brand cost i presume

Now there's tons of model around 100 and 150 euros, up to you to put the price as you know like me that that heavy and hot weather isn't during a long time in our respectives countries lol
