The menu sound pisses me off

Is there a way to off the menu-sound (NOT the music), without killing the sound in-game? I get really annoyed by the sound when you enter something, and when I browse around the menus quick, the "entering" sound really gets me.

Is there a way?

It sounds childish to me too (that sound).
Locate the .adx sound with AFSExplorer and replace it with an empty .adx file or another .adx sound.

but seriously, there are no sound options on pes2008? they had them on pes6 . konami add in more by taking out more these days..

My god, people make replay logos, kitservers, stadiums, even FACES and you guys say that I whine over the menu sound?
