the game breaks out to windows after formation settings

Well, this is my first post in this forum. I'm portuguese, but I'll try to explain my problem here in english:
I had the original version of the game, but I've seen many people applying patches, and in fact, it makes the game a lot better. So i tried to install one. The problem was that, after I applied all files by DKZ Studio, I ran the game, but after the formation setting it was always breaking out to windows.
After I've seen some post in forums, I've noticed that this could be solved by not installing "bin files" folder from DKZ studio...
SO now I wonder..is there any chance to install all bin files of patches, but not from DKZ Studio? (i think this is the cause for the "break", but it might not be...)
 
yeah mate! You have too many replays in your folder 1. Try and delete some or move them to folder 2. Problem solved :)
 
I don't...and I tried it once, but it remained the same.
