Taking Chants from 2008 and placing into 2009

Hi guys, is it possible to just use pes 2008 O_Sound and replace the existing Pes 2009?

Basically ive got a chants pack i think from the Patch'08, and want to just drop in. I dont mind if other teams have other chants thats fine.

Any thoughts??
