Superpatch 2.0 and Evo patch 6 Questions

When i installed superpatch 2 i noticed that Trinidad and tobago and the other world cup teams were in it without there actual names and now ive installed the new evo patch 6 they are gone again from it, anyone know how i can put them back in it?
 
Or download Lod mixer v.1.6 iside there is the right file to correct..all online /offline teams name..;)
