stuttering of frames when I score a goal

Hi, I have just downloaded data pack 4 for pes 21 on pc (steam) I am getting a stutter when the ball crosses the line whenever I score; it is a stuttering of frames and only happens when I score. I have tried the game with mods, without, fresh install etc, it seems to be a bug in the game; has anyone else experienced this? I didn't get this with data pack 3, just seems to be data pack 4.

I thought it was mod related...

I am getting it when the stadium is first shown, the very few first frames freeze then catch up

It used to happen to me from time to time wth the very first version of the game... But it looked gone since DP2 and its corresponding exe.
I'll have a closer look to see if it's back.
