Starting Line Up Question

if i'm editing starting line up for some team, is there way to stuck it that it will be the starting line up for the "comp" too?
for exsmple if i'm changing liverpool starting 11, and then i'm playing agnst liverpool(comp) hes doing a mess with the starting 11..
or it's just meant to be that the comp decide for hes own starting line up..?

On the screen where you set match length, should there be extra-time, penalties, etc, you have an option for the COM starting line-up - you can set it to choose automatically the best one for himself, or to leave it as it is.

I noticed this option, it seems to me that i tryed to change it but either way he still make changes.. i'l check it agian.. anyway, it's supposed to be only in friendly match right? in cup and things like that he makes any changes he want?
