Special playing styles and how to add them?

Hi, I wanted to add some special playing styles I think they're called? Some players like Manuel Neuer have some hidden playing style that make them do certain things like for Neuer he comes out of his goal a lot further than other goalkeepers even if they also have Offensive Goalkeeper. Is there some hidden stat or style that causes this and how would I add this to a player?
