Does anybody know how to sort this problem out?

It keeps appearing when i start up my computer and the same message appears when i try to run Windows Defender.

I try to run it manually, but i can't seem to find where to do it.

It might just be a process running and not the actual program.

Try googling CCleaner, or similar and downloading that, then stopping the process/program from start up through that.

also, try running msconfig and disabling any startup programs that you do not recognise. then by trial and error, you should be able to track down the little culprit!

ccleaner just clears your computer of any junk and history that you might not want, for example, your girlfriend or your mum to see when they go on the computer after you.

it doesn't actually stop anything from running.

It can actually stop programs from running at the computer's startup. :))

never knew that!

i have it installed on my laptop and just use it to clear my history from my snooping slut of a girlfriend.
