Shooting in pes 2008

Does any1 have any idea of what the shooting is like on the next gen version.
After playin last years I thought it was crap, long shots were difficult and close shots kept goin over.

Any ideas?

Eh, long shots weren't difficult, in fact, I found them too accurate and too powerful without enough run up. On close shots you need to wait till it's in a position where you can get a good shot off. Do you play real football? It's a lot easier to tell if you're in a good position if you do.

As far as next-gen goes, yes, the shooting has been improved, apparently it feels very realistic.

The shooting in PES6 is awful and it's not because I suck, The game is too easy and they screwed up the shots to make up for that. Even the computer skies most of it's shots.

In real life if a player is 1 on 1 with the keeper they usually score. They should fix the shooting but make it harder to create chances.
