Registration problem, who do I contact?!

Hi,

I bought PES6 on PC via Play.com and its great, but when I tried to register online, i originally put in a password that was too short, I hit the back button, pressed submit again and it told me that my code was already in use!!!:(

So now I can't register and I don't know who to contact.. there is no phone number or anything!!

HELP!!!:cry:

Had exactly same problem, restarted computer, re-typed code with Capslock on & made sure password was at least 8 characters.
Worked for me, so worth a try

Mate close windows down and try again. Always put your reg code in caps. Happened to me and then it worked.

Problem I now have is when I create a player it keepes saying name in use. I have tried about 20 names and the same thing. Anyone help me there plz as some of the names im using no way would anyone have??
 
I always use short 'names' like '.1.'- I think it looks stupid with a long name above my players! lol

The problem is, 'names' like that go really quickly. I don't go on there to socialise, so I'm not fussed about my username.
 
I already have thie game on X360 but I'm considering the PC version for online play. The problem is, theres a keygen out and I'm afraid that my real serial key that I paid for might already have been generated and taken by someone else.
Is there anything I could do about this and is it worth buying the PC version?

No worries, the keygen does not produce legit retail keys. Chances are bigger you get hit by a falling plane.
