Being new to PES10 and having read on different forums that you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting a penalty, I have a ? that guy`s who make editors etc may be able to answer.
assuming that some ref`s are more strict than others, I would think that somewhere in the data base there must be some sort of attributes for ref`s, like how often they give cards/free kicks/penalty`s etc, because most AI is done by numbers so why not refs, anyway just a thought.
 
True, but finding it is a different matter.

The new info about PES 2011 posted today says that KONAMI
have addressed the ref issue for this years release.
 
true, but just thought I would put it out there to see if anyone had any idea.
yes saw that about 2011, let`s hope they have, mind you they couldn`t make them worse, or could they,lol.
