many may ask why i don't use kitserver for this. well, 1) it doesn't work for me currently, and 2) at this point, i'm too perplexed to give up until i understand what's going on. so, to elaborate:
i've been working over the last few days with relinking kits for different teams by editing the param.dat file in cv_1.img. i'm now able to relink kits for existing teams rather easily. however, what's stumping me is relinking the master league default teams (ML United A, CA ESPECIALISTA, etc.). i'm following the exact same steps i've used successfully before, but with no results for ML teams. so i'm assuming that there is more data that needs to be altered in order for the re-link to work completely. can anyone help me out?
(and yes, i delete my option file after every change...)
