PS3, Winning eleven & PES.. few questions Help needed

I want to buy a PS3, does anyone know if there will be winning eleven series on european PS3? or i'll have to buy the aisa PS3?
Has anyone bought it or not yet? Do we know when will the next WE will be available on PS3??
