[PS3] PES 2008 patch problem

Hi mates

I have my PS3 connected to the Internet but today when i was playing PES he hasnt detected any patch, and havent download it...:(

Does someone know what the hell im doing wrong?
 
I was fine. When I heard of a patch I loaded PES up and as soon as I did I go the download. Maybe it is only certain countrys at a time?
