so yeah, how the heck do you change the e-mail address in the PS3 version?

I couldn't download my gameface because, apparently, I linked my FIFA 10 account to the wrong e-mail address and I'm stuck at the moment because I can't seem to find a way to change it...does anybody know how to do this?
