[PS2] North American PES09?

Hi all, picked up the just-released PES 2009 for PS2 here in the US, and cannot find any OFs anywhere!

Is it the same as PES 2008, in other words, European OFs won't work on North American version?

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, would be much appreciated!

you can try use the ps2 save convertion tool with one of the option files in here (you have to rename the file SLESxxxxx to SLUSxxxxx).
BTW, does the US version also suffer from the substitution bug?

Apparently it does, although I haven't seen it yet.
