Problem with Radar and Scoreboard PES2009

I have installed GamingAccess patch, but I don't like it's graphic type; so when I have deleted all files, I see this only if I have kitserver installed. Now I have Evo-web patch, but I have still this problem.

why?

The rv0c_*.img file,for example rv0c_e.img,rv0c_s.img and more,is this file match in your rv0c_*.img??

There is often problem that was different from language file like this.
