Problem with installation of PES 5

I played PES on my PS2 and recently I tryed to install it on my PC. That's where i got nerved out.

At the end of the installation i get a message showing code 1268 or 1628 (i'm not 100% sure atm) and saying: "Installation is not completed"

I tryed installing with several CD-s, and i keep geting the same message. HELP ME PLZ!!

Sry if post about this problem already exists, i browsed this forum for about an hour and haven't found it.
 
Come on guys, someone has to know the cure for my problem. It realy streses me :(
