Problem with downloading files

For the past couple of days, I've been unable to download any attachments, and each time I receive the following message:

<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
</Error>

This has happened to me on several different forums. I've also tried it from different addresses, with the same result.
