Problem running PES6 with GeForce 8500GT (SOLVED)...

Hi, I really need help on this one. My brother has a GeForce 8500 GT that should run PES6 with everything on max with no problems but still I have some slow downs in long passes. Really rare!

Here are the specs of my brother´s pc. In case some of you have the same and can run PES6 with no problem, or in case you could guess what my problem is please post some solution beause I really want to play PES6 on that pc:

motherboard ASUS M2A.VM HDMI
AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core 5600+
2 GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 8500GT 512 MB

Samsung Syncmaster 2032
resolution: 1680x1050 Refresh rate 60 Hz
V-sync ON

High quality on PES6´s settings and all levels on #1 in LODMixer.
Game runs smooth on medium settings.

Please, any help is much appreciated.

actually the 8500 isn't a good card, for example a the 6600, 7600 cards are better, and cheaper.

that card is really bottlenecking that cpu., you must try at least a 8600gt.

ademas el juego en high y medium, se ve casi igual xD

Try running it with v-sync off. You'll get a bit of tearing, but the FPS should increase.

I´ve already tried v-sync off but results are worst (non smooth gameplay plus the ugly horizontal line).
I know the 8500 is a bad card but still should be able to run PES6 on high :((...

Did you try updating your video card`s drivers? ;)

Problem solved. I´ve changed my GeForce 8500GT for a XFXGeForce 8600GT. Everything working smooth now :DD.
