PLZ, I've a small Question

I've PES 6 _ PC version
I want to know if it possible to play it with my Neighbor throught the lan card ( without internet connection _ Not Online )
I just make a network with him.

Please help me if you can

No, unfortunately, that's not possible. PES does not support LAN playing.
