PLEASE HELP (ONLINE)

well my friend cannot play online somehow, its very wired and we´ve tried everything to get it work, but for now nothing helped.

when he wants to join a room a error message display *Error cannot join room..." well its german.
but the wired thing is that he can play "FastGame", so is there anybody who got a solution for this one?

it dont work either, the other players cannot join my room, and invitations dont work also

tell him to disable any network connections he has, EXCEPT the internet one, that helped me and also a little program called winsockxp, i think, really helped me out, peace.
