Players not showing up in Master League Negotiations

I can't sell or loan some of my team's players because... they don't show in the Negotiations window! They work fine for playing and even develop, but they just do not show up... so weird.
One even resigned his contract without notice (I never saw a renew contract window).

Has this happened to any of you? I'm playing with BuliPatch 1.0 by the way.
