Please im trying to make an effort on playing pes 2010, but player reactions are slow, they are as if sliding on ice really difficult to control the ball and play a game, please is everyone having the same problem can someone please make a suggestion pls
 
i have a dual core 5200, 9800gt 2 gig ram with the latest nvidia drivers what is causing this strange behaviour in players please im sure someones got an explanation if not konami pls...
 
why is this game behaving like this whats suprising is nobodys got a logical explanation thereeeee thatssss what happens if you say pes 2009 is shit the game kjust got shitter well done community
 
use software like gamebooster and multicore optimizer (setting pes2010.exe to high in process and save as rule)..i use that 2 programs...

i get same problems, game is unplayable, feels like im there for the ride,and am not in control.

i got a duo core, 3 gigs of top memory,and a new 5770. everyother game works fine ,apart from this.
 
Right - I've had enough of this game now. I can't believe how bad it really is. All the things that made the PES series so good seem to have disappeared and now the game is just unplayable imo. Through balls are worse than ever - even the likes of lampard, pirlo etc can't play a simple through ball without fucking it up, something every sunday morning player could bloody do!!!
As for the AI, it's better than usual but why the fuck do teams seem to pass it around at the back for ages when they're 2-0 down with 10 mins to go!! Surely they'd hit some long balls into the mixer etc. Do the programmers understand the game or have they ever played before. Unreal. I now have 2 smashed ps2 controllers due to this fucking game being so frustrating. IT IS SHITE!!!!! As much as I hate to say it, I reckon it'll be FIFA for me next year.

cause i test in low config and still the same!!
 
Primepeace , try using a decent gamepad and not keyboard.
I responded in the other thread you wrote in.

Your pc spec & setup should be able to run this game smoothly and responsively.
 
thanks for the tip friend but im an old styler i like the keyboard its actually easier for me i play with ease, iv got an xbox 360 if i was to play with a gamepad but id never had this problem with pes 2009, looking at youtube videos i see no difference with the gameplay overall im flabagasted with this game, i was really annoyed with the demo, i guess this was a sign for things to come, as iv stated buddy look carefully at how players move with the ball, it feels extemely heavy and for sure a delay in how the ball is moving with the player, most of the time you can see clearly that the player is not moving smoothly rather than struggling to pass dribble and shoot really really annoying, anyway i love pes 2009 i think whats happened is pes 2009 got better with these new drivers with superb response between the keyboard and players even with the lag of the internet


i think whats also strange is that we have tried qalot of things with drivers settings and tweaks this is another really annoying issed im tired cant be borthered, a pc game should normally play well as soon as you have installed it, iv never had problems with a pc game as of had it with pes 2010, response times is not the issue, i think konami really really wanted to make the game look bad just to impress a few loud mouthed prople with the series but its shaken me off the ride, pes 2010 clearly needs some sought of a patch to fix the responses of players believe me they do there are many silly stuff also that i have forgotten, when i talk like this im glad i have pes 2009 on the side that motivates me to play pes, those who say player moevements are fine, please examine the player responses
 
my specs isn't the greatest but i find it playable at least? i can still enjoy the game without much problems. although it's still not perfect but it definitely improved. u don't expect it to be perfect anyway since every games have it's flaws. it's all about adapting to them. if u really don't like it probably u should really consider switching game instead.
 
buttcrack no really its the only game i play on pc, i still play with pes 2009, 2010 is a leap in next gen but for me really gameplay is the bottom line, and then came along the responsiveness issues which actually stopping me from playing pes 2010 anyway good luck with the gunners
 
I've been playing only online games. I too am frustrated at the oponball action and my failure to master basic ball control. It's much harder than previous PES.

Though I have noticed that soem opponents have excellent ball control, so achieving a good level of control do-able. Practice or a technical issue? I just dunno.
 
I agree - we really need a patch to tighten up the control response of players. What pisses me off aswell is that the only difference when playing between professional, top player etc is that the opposition players just run faster and are stronger. Even with Ronaldo running against salgado, salgado keeps up and knocks him off the ball - utter bollocks!!
