Play.com - geniuses!

I ordered some snooker/pool game off Play.com a few years ago and thought it was all fine (the box/manual was correct) until I was just about to put the disc into my computer and it was a Colin McRae Rally disc! :BLINK:

I've stopped using them now... their prices are mostly no better than anywhere else, their delivery times are shite compared to other sites (3-5 working days, ShopTo is next day...) and this sort of incident (wrong item delivered) happens too often with them.
 
Irony of ironies, got an Email today to say my card had been declined for my Assassin's Creed 2 Black Edition order, guess I'd gone a bit spend happy on Paypal and lost track of how much I had left in my account!
