PES6 Installation Error

after installing Pro evolution soccer 6 i get an error that says Error 1628: "Failed to complete Installation". Now I've tried everything i know and i still get the error. I also tried everything on this website(http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108464). Maybe i did something wong? But i would really appreciate if someone could help me.

I mean PES5 ran Perfectly, shouldn't PES6 be the same?
 
yes same too me pes5 runned perfect but i got that error with pes6
my specs are

proc.2.6
mem.512.
gxc.fx5700

do u have it too when the installation is ready?

It started once for me, I played half a game then came out, after a break it wouldnt load again, Ive updated all drivers etc.

have you got Latest Direct x etc ???:(

Yeah updated everything, PES 5 works ace, but not PE6 pile of poo !!

Been in touch with a guy at Konami but hasnt come up with a solution.

No good being installed without working :roll:

Have you cleared up the hard rive etc, done defrag ?
