Hi,

I've made a basic script to automatically rename your afs/option files. It allows you to run either the patched (superpatch) or original version just by running different shortcuts.

It works for me anyway as I play patched version myself then use the original online.

Don't know if anyone else has bothered to try it, but I use it and it saves me the hassle of renaming. Let me know if you have any problems.
