PES5 Install Problem

I'm trying to install a pes5 iso using gizmo on windows 11, i press install and nothing happens. Anyone had this problem before?

You can try to mount the ISO directly from file explorer, i think this is the most hassle-free option.

I got the game to work but sometimes it hangs and crashes. I have to log out of windows as the whole system hangs. I think it's something to do with windows 11, I've used this pes5 iso many times before, never had these problems.

I also tried the sany installer and I have the same problem. Anyone else having these problems lately?
