As above - since few weeks i got a problem with ESC button freezing game for 20-40s during matches. This dont happen everytime, starts randomly during match (maybe after 1 half, maybe at the beginning) but is extremely annoying because after goal i need to wait some time to get game unstucked. Same thing with cutscenes and just clicking ESC to get menu. In PES 6 on every patch i tested everything works fine. Only have problem with PES5. (Original season v8)
I've tried 4gb patch, windows defender exclusion (fixed lineup crashes so it works), using some dll dx8 files to prevent microstutters. 0 and 1 core fix doesn't work (maybe reduced number of this state happening but could be placebo)
Specs: Win 11, Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3060, 16gb ddr4 and game is installed on HDD. (I will try to install on SSD and give feedback later)
