PES5 and Windows 7

is there anyway to get PES5 to work with windows 7 in test mode?
I only have it in test mode to be able to work the Ps3 Sixaxis controller on my 64bit Windows 7.

is there anyway to get PEs5 to work in test mode? Or for the sixaxis to work out of test mode?
