Also, gameplay related, I'm curious to see what everyone shooting method is. I tried basic and whatever I do it always go in the net and I have very little control over the direction. I tried with advance and now have more controls over direction, but my shoot always kinda high (I can't do a submarine shot) and if I just quickly tap the shoot button, it will just kick it weakly and (most of the time) over the net. I kinda do not want to do manual because i dont want to even bother selecting direction before I shoot (so little time). Anyone have tips/hints on which one is probably best?

Also, for suggestion to turn off all assist for better experience: I go to the Data pack but specifically what assist do you turn off? I tried turning off pass assistance (was level 1 before) and now my players can't seem to pass the ball at all. Any suggestions?

I find basic shooting to be far too assisted. In one instance, when I pressed to shoot, my striker auto side-stepped the keeper before scoring!
With advanced shooting I keep hitting the crossbar.:BLINK:
Manual is really frustrating at first - howlers aplenty, but when you get it right it's so much more rewarding.

Even at Level 1 passing, it's too easy to make improbable reverse-passes.
With no assist you have to judge direction and pace - it takes practice, but you'll soon appreciate the extra flexibility.

Same with the Advanced through-balls.

this GK issue is really pissing me off.
nearly every shot at my GK is a goal.

I played against Chelsea with Arsenal, they smashed me 6-1.
then I tried Bayern against them, I lost 4-3 with an late own goal in the last minute of extra time.
then I used Real Madrid, I finally won 5-2, with the last 3 goals scored in the last 5 minutes.
also, about fouls, I never get a FK in my favour, while the opponent gets up to 5 or 6. this shit makes me nervous especially when the non-given foul leads to a goal for the opponent.

What level of difficulty are you playing on?

Play with manual as others have said and it'll nerf the accuracy of the CPU at some point.

I'm playing BAL (with Zikovic at Ajax) these days as I wait for a good patch and I noticed that my team had conceded a lot early on the season but as we go into winter, they're not as 'stupid' anymore.

I have always used pesedit patches but after their retrietment I started using pte patch , never used galaxy patch .

TOP PLAYER, I'm still somehow new to new-gen as I only bought a powerfull laptop 4 months ago and didn't play too much new PES and FIFA.

Never tried Pes Galaxy patch - what are the pros of it, i.e. what does it have that PTE Patch doesn't?

I tried Galaxy for PES2015, didn't even launch the game.

What do you mean?
The game didn't launch or you didn't launch it??
It worked fine for me, and as superleeds said "solid as a rock"
It's worth another try if there is one this year :)

i think i know why, most probably cause of ur antivirus reporting a false positive with the game crack

This year will be VirtuaRED Patch too, where I'm a member of the teamwork. You only have to try the patch for 2015 for see how is the patch, just saying. :P

the game can't be opened, I click on the launcher and choose offline version, and make sure everything as required, but when I click to open the game, nothing happens.
when I open the game from KONAMI folder, the game is unpatched of course.
I'll give it a try this year.

Try putting a shortcut to the game.exe on Your task bar,right clicking it and run as administrator.

I already desinstalled 2015.

has anyone tried yairpatch? im getting too much cpu cheating with this gameplaypatch, i cannot take the ball from opponent, players seem to override animations to keep ball, impossible...on professional difficulty

this is a major issue i am trying to ignore when i play, but u simply cannot, it is as you said, can result in a goal for the cpu, if u should have foul and not given....very frustrating indeed.

Just a few observations after playing a dozen or so games with all assistance (passing/shooting) removed. In a previous post, I mentioned the game playing ‘organically’ and how hit and miss it is to achieve that. I’m still finding it hit and miss, primarily thanks to the cheating system and the scripting/rails system which has plagued previous versions and, albeit to a lesser extent, is somewhat spoiling this one.

1. Passing; Having turned all assistance off, the 2 or 3 really intense and enjoyable ‘organic’ games I’ve played have seen the AI experience the same lack of assistance as me – passes going astray, shots going awry etc, which makes for a fun intense battle. Unfortunately, most of the time, the AI seems to have passing assistance on full, pinging passes around with unerring accuracy – even the lesser teams - while I really struggle to string 5 or 6 together. Not that that my poor passing itself is a problem. As long as there’s parity, there’s fun but when it remains lop sided, the fun diminishes somewhat and the game doesn’t flow organically (ok, that’s the last time I’ll use that word in this post). During these games, especially if you’re winning, these ‘lesser players’ suddenly turn into super dribbling, unstoppable beasts, which is ok if you’re playing against Barca, but if you are Barca playing against an AI French Division 2 team, it’s looks a bit silly. The game is much more enjoyable when it decides to come down to your level but how to get it to do that all the time, I have no idea.

2. Shooting; This is much, much better with assistance turned off and, after some comical misses in front of goal, I’m getting more used to it. That said, however, I’ve had a lot of shots smack against the bar or the post - something that other people have mentioned also. This leaves me to believe that ‘free shooting’ isn’t as ‘free’ as you would think and there’s still a degree of scripting or ‘railing’ going on. To be fair, I’ve only seen the AI hit the post once and I’ve only noticed instances of ‘super – accuracy’ once or twice from AI shooting.

One of the things I’ve done to try and get the game to remain ‘organic’ (Ha! I lied :D) is to wait until this type of game comes around (it seems like there’s a conveyer belt thing going on) and then go into the save file and make it ‘read only’, hopefully stopping the game from overwriting itself and hopefully keeping it at that level. I might be clutching at straws here, I don’t know but I’ll find out later when I fire it up again. I’ll report back if it makes a difference.

Am I the only one allergic to the commentator´s call "He would surely score there more times than not" or something like that? You know, when it´s 4 times each match it really drives me insane :D

I just uninstalled yairpatch coz gameplay is illogical now players are all overriding the animations, robben seems like electrocuted sometimes, there are really weird animations now while playing offline vs a friend, game doesnt feel right so much pingpongy gameplayi went back to original exe

I've downloaded a pack with 26 stadiums and it was a 1 GB cpk file. So, this could easily be 3-4 gigs I guess. But, maybe it'll come just in time with the PTE patch so I can finally enjoy this game properly :D
