I'm not too familiar with the vitriol on here but over at PESGaming there is a huge majority who have slagged off PES2009 and the Fifa thread is way more active than any PES related threads.
This was the only avatar I could find. I've also increased my post count by 300% in this thread alone, although post count isn't shown on here so it was all for nothing.
Are you as good at PES2009 as you were at previous games? I still remember your brace with David James against me when after about an hour into the match we both realised I was rubbish.
It's a shame we didn't have it sooner in the year, we may have had some chance of it changing 2010, it does bode well for the future though...

konami only doing it for promotional purposes so everyone is like 'omg!, its gonna be different' then find out all they did was change grass turf.
i really love presentation of pes games but for past 2/3 years, they've let down, i don't really see this being something different unless they create a whole new game engine and improve player movements, ai etc.
but i still reckon come release date there will be far more
You are joking right? That ball is glued to the players foot, and how you can say it isn't on rails is beyond me. There is no freedom at all, it's as if Konami have completely taken away your ability to control your runs.
