PES2009 PC Lag

Hi.
I have a big problem. When I play PES2009 at my PC its start lag in the middle of a match. Its always my first match and its start after 30 minutes and continues.
Its stop when I shut down the game and start over. But then its starts again after 30. minutes like before.

What can I do about this? Is the problem my computer or can I fix it?

find on your manufacture graphic card ex.if u use nvidia go to nvidia.com then download the compatible driver
