how can I set Fraps for capture a movie? When I press F9 for capturing movie, then it's too slow

I can only save 20 Replays and there is no option to delete them in game! What the fuck, 20 save slots in the new millenium i hope Konami knows that Playstation 1 times are over!!!!

P.S., some video encoding tips would be nice. I'm not sure why, but youtube seems to be destroying the clarity of my clips more than it should be (yes, I know the mechanics of compression before anyone says . AdrianoPSO's is almost crystal, for example. I think I'm gonna stop using the blue ball too
