Having a terrible time trying to adapt the new PES Edit patch to Steam; is there anyone who can help me out here?

Sorry for any inconvenience! New attachments can be uploaded but it would be better to leave avatars for now as they could be overwritten as part of the migration.
PES Edit 4.4 patch and steam...

The problem is Steam will auto-update PES with DLC 7.0, which is not compatible with the PES Edit patch. I've trawled through their forums, and it looks like the PES Edit team are not interested in fixing this so close to PES 2015.
