No matter how many software and adjustments I have to make whether its with the game settings, compatibility or AMD. The game just lags and stutters every time I play. It's come to the point where the game is suffering from input lag. Every time I press a button it either doesn't do anything or takes a second or two to make perform the command. It's ridiculous and I don't think is fixable.

1-download dx8.games.zip
2-put the files in your pes 6 folder
3- open dxwrapper.ini and enable vysnc (set the value from 0 to 1 )

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options
Check is set High Performance
I've changed the performance from Balanced to high, still no different. In fact it makes the game more slower in terms of loading time

Did all 3 steps, still stutters and lags

That’s a heavily patched version of the game. If you want to try and work out where the issue lies you should see what results you get when running just a base install of pes6, without patches.

If you get the same results on base version then would look at control panel settings (or the amd equivalent). I can see from the video that the slowdowns are affecting the match timer. So the slowdown is not caused by tearing or fps loss, which is why Dxwrapper in this case is not having an affect (although if on windows 10, you will probably still need it).

Instead it looks more like graphics driver/cpu issue to me, which is why the graphics settings would need to be shared. But ideally you need to try base pes6 first, it could just be the patch you’re using doesn’t like windows 10 (I’ve had this before).

here's the file that i'm using put them in your game's folder https://mega.nz/file/mfRg1TxT#7tVA8efsFPxszg6R2GSa4jNy8bkZq25Ts5loL0q5Byg
if its not working then smth is wrong on your end, i have like 19 pes 6 patches installed and i don't have any stuttering at all using these files + my config is i5 4590 , 8gb ram and intel hd 4600
also iirc the input lag is normal in the older pes games (someone correct me if i'm wrong )

That's the fix that @Fabri55 uploaded a while back. It does work.
If everything else is running as it should then the reason someone might have input lag is because they are using a wireless controller. You can pretty much guarantee that everyone uses a wireless controller nowadays. So yeah that gives input lag on old PES titles.
