PES 5 with lowered agility & game speed = Still the best

Which parameter do I have to add to kload.cfg, to make the speeder.dll work?

Something like --> speeder.dll = 0.5?
And which value do I have to set, so the game plays, let's say, 2x more slowly? This would be nice, because we wouldn't have to reduce drastically the TS of the players, so that the game flow can be more realistic.
 
Ok, I'll check it once the download is complete. The internet speed at my home is desperately slow. I have a 4 Mb Kitserver (v5.2.3), which apparently doesn't come with that feature.
