pes 4 > pes 5?

i was wondering is it possible to transfer edited teams and players from pes4 to pes5 on PC.
and is there a program like graphic studio which allows you to import kits in pes5?

why you want to transfer option file from pes4 to pes5 ? i think pes5 is newest and than better. ...program like gs ? i don't know too.
