Dear all, I'm new player to pes, and efootball, recently, I got attracted by pes 2021, however, I noticed some issue about the game, like AI cheat in harder modes, many unreasonable offense got blowed, player's speed is weird, like unrelated to the acceleration or speed, mabappe still fail to crash maguire, dribbling is weird, therefore, I beg for mods that may fix the problems.
1. fast is fast, slow is slow, or make overall beyond 99
2. smooth dribbling.
3. better pass
4. better score system
5. differ the acceleration and maximum speed
or so many more else that's fix the game maybe.
I personal can pay for such mod.

There are thousands of mods for PES 21, there will be a few that match your every requirement. Are you using the steam version of PES 21?

A really good mod for PES 21 is F4L v5.1. Another good mod is Holland's final soccer (you can find it here).
