Yeah always demo comes 2 weeks before release but keep in mind that gamescom is between August 21-25. It will be strange to release demo before that. I think we will get the demo on 2 August but will not be the final code, just like they always said, in final code this, that.... will be fixed :D
Will game flow be fixed?:CONFUSE:

Calling it now, Hoffenheim's gonna be a partner.
Schalke vs. Hoffenheim it is.
Could be. It's usually the German Champions League teams minus Bayern but obviously with the Champions League deal gone who knows what happens to that.

We've not seen any other German team so far except Schalke so maybe that'll be it this year.

I was going to create a new thread for this but I figured what the heck...

I have one question for you guys: What are you looking forward to the most in PES 2019? RULE: You can only say ONE thing. Please don't be generic, like: Gameplay. Be specific, but only name one thing.

I'm mostly looking forward to how the, reportedly, improved passing will be and if it is a viable alternative to manual passing and how it effects playing online (if it changes anything or if it's still like playing ping pong).

Regarding the demo, I think they'll release it shortly after the world/press tour (when does that end?) as the same code, and then Gamescom will be all about the final code and showing off teams from the new leagues.

Not being an expert in German football, is there any rivalry with these two sides?
i dont think so. as hoffenheim is pretty new to the bundesliga party overall. not a huge bundesliga history to have a rival yet.

if you go by travel distance i'd say VfB Stuttgart could be a rival. Karlsruhe would be around the corner but they do play 2nd german league.

More German teams are welcome... I’d like to see Leipzig before Hoffenheim.

Theoretically, the demo code and the release one is the same.
At least that's what Adam said on Twitter to @B-Man about a month ago or so.
He said "There's not enough time to change anything even if we wanted to" or something along those lines I believe.

Remember Lygaard's shoes? Blue and White. He also recently replied with Schalke vs. ? to a reply to that photo.

Hoffenheim is playing in the CL this year so I'm pretty sure EA will try to make a partnership. There are rumors that the stadium will be in FIFA 19. So if there is a German team maybe it's Leipzig but that's also not a rivalry.

I have a couple that I think could be potentially game changers if implemented right. But the stanima system where players could get injured if left on the pitch too long has me intrigued. Hopefully we see a bigger impact where you have to sub in turn making it a bit more interesting tactically. Injuries to players in general has been lacking in the series. We already know the game looks beautiful from those who have played early code.

Should go for R*d B*ll leipzig, hated by all other supporters in Germany.

Schalke has no real rivalry except BVB,a slight rivalry with a few teams in Zweite but that's it

oh please... that lygaard guy is... not my cup of tea! i mean his tweets! dont know the guy personally. :D
i have him listed under "lie-gaard"! :BLEH: no, really. cant take him to serious.

Jonas Lygaard is a great guy I had the please of meeting him at a PESworld finals.
he's sense of humor is different but I wouldn't have him as lie-gaard he doesn't lie, he's doing a great job in getting the best partnership deals for PES

Re the stamina system, looking forward hearing more of how it plays out.

Its always been a bit simplistic and 1 dimensionsal and needs more thought imo. One thing that bores me in ML is having to make pretty much the same 3 subs every game. The attacking players with poor stamina run out of steam by 70 minutes.

It would be great if you could adjust individual players work rate to be able to get more out of your team. You'd need to find tactics suit who you have.

Certainly players like Kante deserve to be recognised with fantastic stamina meaning they can deliver an epic work rate and keep their defensive discipline for 90+ minutes. But if you had say Riquelme from a few years ago with 55 stamina, you'd be limited. You need to be able to allow him not to track back and keep his energy for playing in the oppositions half. Or if you want him to work harder defensively, then you can but he'll be knackered very quickly.

Hopefully things will be more sophisticated in PES 2019.

He's been knowingly hinting at a Real Madrid partnership for weeks. If it doesn't materialise then he's doing exactly what I've criticised others, including yourself, for in the past. All this winking, nudging and ITK hinting that ends up leading to nothing and then all the people involved go all mard because people are rightly frustrated that they've been led a merry dance down the garden path yet again.

Konami's PR is absolutely absymal. They never ever learn from their mistakes.

I couldn't agree more with this Chief Inspector Grobelaar. Getting the right balance may not be easy, but I am glad they are addressing it. Players should not be able to just sprint around the field endlessly in the 70th minute like they do now.

He's been knowingly hinting at a Real Madrid partnership for weeks.

What did he do though? He posted a photo that shows blue & white shoes and a photo with his son and his friends (I assume) at Santiago Bernabeu. I don't whether that's hinting a Real Madrid partnership. Maybe I missed something.

He also posted a photo from a random pitch without any clues on it and people said it's Santiago Bernaubeu..

People also got the whole Staramba<->Real Madrid thing wrong. I still don't know how or why.

btw. Konami Germany invited me for Wednesday. Trying to write down my honest opinion after.

Yeah. That lie-gaard thing was a little over the edge. Überspitzt! :)
exaggerated said (gt). ...but with a purpose behind that.

And as I said: I don’t know the guy. His family trips looked nice. But it’s the whole pr stuff they throw at me the last years!! What person would I be if I don’t learn from how the past hit on me?!

You guys know my focus and how my glas is always at least 3/4 full... because I stumble sometimes. ;)
it should at least be allowed to have a joke or muck around in that regard. IF you mark it with the right smiley! :)

It helps me a lot lately when this time of the year is coming... that little child in me awakes... and I’m eager to see what’s up with PES!

Edit: uh. My fault. I was using the wrong smiley. Should’ve been this one: ;) sorry.
The above still stands!

The shoe thing; Asim's correction; the photo at the Bernabeu; wordplay with the word 'REAL'. They know exactly what they're doing.

I've always taken what is said by Konami's PR with a pinch of salt but you can understand why people buy into their winks and nudges.
