Totally wrong.

He gives very usefull feedback to the Japanese developers.
Before he was there the development team in Japan was totally isolated from their European customers.

I know that John Murphywas supposed to do the same job, but that didn't work at all.

Since Adam Bhatti does that job, the game has dramatically improved.

Look at the difference between John Murp^hy's period and Adam Bhatti's and you know that he does have influence.

Not really. When John Murphy was employed the game was utterly shit. The japanese team have been working all these years to improve their game. unlike EA KONAMI waited very long for a new engine, their collision system wasn't working because it takes years to make it work with a football game. with all due respect but Adam had nothing to do with it. He is just doing his job: promoting and hyping the game. The japanese team has just taken almost 10 years developing the game we are gonna see in a few weeks. this is obvious seeing the small improvementes every year up until a point where the collision system for example is finally in a "good enough" fase. Adam just happens to be hired at the right time. Murphy was probably thinking: this game is utterly shit I can't defend it, not knowing the team would probably need 3-4 years more time to develop a decent football game.

I've read those Frnech reviews.
Well Chris Davies, if what they write is right, then no need to worry.
They both have played PES2016 and both write that there is much more midfield play.
GabeLogan will also be satisfied, because both of them write that the R shot is much less powerfull.

One of the guys wasn't too much impressed with the ball physics when you shoot from nearby (the same as in PES2015, now we also know which aspect of the game will talked about most in this thread: the horrendous ball physics, and nobody has written about bad ball physics).

The AI commtis quite a few fouls, one of the guys writes that the AI team got 4 yellow cards in his first match.

One of the players was also impressed by the movement of his team mates.

In the first review the player alsowrites that he has heard some complaints about the refs, but that he had no complaints at all...

Both reviewers were pretty impressed with this code from before Gamescon and one ofboth will soon be able to play the Gamescon code.

Thanks Thomas, you are a fantastic guy!

Have you sat with him? Have you sat with the dev team or at least Masuda? No? Then please stop with your assumptions and read my post.

Personally, I know, as I've seen it first hand.

Ignore it all you want guys, but he isn't WENB's Admin any more. He works for Konami, and he works there for a reason, one that gerd specifically mentioned. So accept it and move on. No point arguing this much further really.

This is from first hand experience. Sat with both him and Masuda. Seen in first hand. Seen Masuda keen on getting information from Adam. Seen Adam working hard day and night on his laptop communicating with Japan about what's good and what's not.

So please, guys, stop with all these assumptions, and I hope we just accept this and move on.

I'd say Adam is genuinely trying to influence the Konami team to implement a lot of the elements that the fans would love to see in the game. . . better nets etc. He is a lover of Pes but I think his dream would be a mixture of what Fifa has to offer and the old way of playing Pes. I don't think we can fault him in that aspect as he tried to get them to recreate that feeling of Pes 5/6 last year but it turned out a bit basic.

They can't put everything we all want into this years edition as they have to keep selling the game every year. .. so expect a pinch of this and that this year and then promises of more stuff next year!

What does worry me (a tiny litle bit,i have other real worries than PES) is that the people around Adam Bhatti play exclusively ML (a good thing from a selfish point of view, because so do i), but seem to play exclusively with big teams like Man Utd, AC Milan, Juventus or Barcelona...
I am ap layer who plays with the likes of Palermo, Le Havre, Banfield, Crystal Palace...i'm a litle bit afraid that there will be less attention to those minions...

Less attention in what way do you mean?
Because I also rather love to pick a low team from the second league and build it up and make it a star team.
It feels much more rewarding to me.

I do not know Adam Bhatti but I do see that the game has improved over the past 2 years, with this years edition, looking like the best for some time. In this case I can only assume he is doing a great job feeding back what people like/dislike?

Nets & ML overhaul are a case in point, little things and big parts of the package have been given the attention, which seems to have come from one source.

I am genuinely excited for 2016, it looks to be improved on 15 with some important changes and with the implementation of option files, well its the icing on the cake for me.

Cant wait!

Send that to Adam at Konami. He'll get his BALLS out for you.

Please stop talking about him, and secound Twitter can accept small texts at 200, and third it will never answer to me or you!

Well, this is quite over the top. Everyone is a little unhappy/annoyed by what Konami did recently, but feeling lost and sad, dude, you're taking it way too seriously.

The perfect game will never exist, as "perfect" in this case is subjective, it rather means tailored exactly on one's expectations and it's something that can't be achieved as people have different opinions (so what's perfect for me would easily get you upset or vice-versa).

Let's just relax and see what the guys from Konami bring us. If I like it, I'll buy it. If not, I could still keep playing PES 2015 or jump ship again depending on how good FIFA is.

You are relaxed because you have a Console, i pay today to take off a ciso tooth and it was very expensive. 120 Euros! :))
That money will not go to the videogame... ever!
By the way thanks for your comment ;)

I'm on PC actually. It's just that from PES 2015 I got a lesson and it is "if you like it, play it despite it not being next-gen". That's why I'm holding my judgement until I find a way to try the demo or (even better) the full game :)

Ok, but i guarrante you we don´t see any demo on August as usual last year we got the demo in the day of the release game.
Let's wait for this konami nonsense work :)

I think the demo will come earlier this year because Konami seems much more confident about their product now that they have come to grips with the new engine. Last year 2015 was very buggy and that must off caused delays for the demo.

There doesnt seem much in it this year between the two games so my money is going on variety of goals. PES 16 AI needs to be far less predictable and there needs to be a sense of randomness - this is what dragged me back to FIFA 15..I was sick of seeing the same AI goals

i would say it will be released in the 4th week of august or september's first week IF the demo will be the final produckt. if not it could come earlier but i see no point in that this year

How hard can it be to make the game more dynamic and explosive in the penalty area? I just hope the new GK settings mean we can make them a bit more lively so they're not constantly glued to the goal line.

But as someone mentioned above, apparently there is criticism towards close shots, which was one of the things I absolutely hated about PES 15. So unsatisfying to score from close and completely void of emotion.
