Add Logos (No limits) Tired with 52 logos.

A port from Virtua Striker 3 Goalkeeper (Is perfect in hard mod!)

Better Rain and Real Storms and Lightning sounds.
2nd Divisions (for all even for portuguese league as well it can be fake i don´t care)
