First match of the day, using radeon pro: forced vsync always on, triple buffering enabled and flip queue size to zero has has quite a drastic effect on my controller input lag. The game is much more playable so far.

Have you verified for sure by playing a match with and without RadeonPro in the same stadium etc? Because I was using RadeonPro and it didn't help me.

Yeah ive been playing the same matches, same team,stadium etc for each change ive made. i'm not sure what value 0 actually does, theres debate as to whether it reverts back tot he driver setting but there is already a driver default option available too, have you tried flip queue size at 1?

Actually now, referee can sometimes call for a foul for a tackle to a player after his shoot that is denied by GK for a corner or just wide.

i read a lot about this and many opinions on that but i tested it and wrote it here in those other thread

oh and yes 1 is not that good, better than default which should be 3 but 0 beats it
but only with triple buff. enabled, w/o 1 is better, 0 then is causing worse performance

I've definitely seen this, but only on shots. It's one of the few times the CPU fouls actually - sliding in as a shot is taken. Shot gets off fine, then ref pulls it back if it doesn't score.

After few hours it is advanced through ball for me then. It's not really that hard, beside the freedom to put the ball wherever i want. Yes, sometime i misplace passes, but i take that as a challenge. Also, the motivation system can really turn any average GK into a great wall.

I am certain no other football game that rival the amount of gameplay depth like PES 2014 offers. It takes time, well worth it.

Yeah, I was under the impression we'd get a demo upon release. This is very shabby treatment by Konami.

Unfortunately I had a valid goal written off for a callback for a foul. It wasn't an important goal, but this suggests it's in, but not perfect yet :)

Not only is their name and crest absolutely class, but they have quality players too. Stick Cershden behind the striker with Eldica and Ignauny on the wings and you're in for a treat. Denbossen (what a name) and Hvarakali will anchor the midfield.

Been reading quite a few pages in here and been trying out most of the solutions to the lag/choppy/slow gameplay aswell as the delayed player switching, without any luck.

Any solutions? Using PS3 controller with Motioninjoy(syncs & reacts perfectly in any other game), haven't changed anything in settings besides graphics, resolution and put LB off. According to fraps, I'm always running at 60 FPS, even in the incredibly laggy cutscenes/replays. My specs are fine :s

Besides that, it seems like a really good game. Will definently be geeking this to the max if i ever get to fix these game breaking issues!

At least EA released a PC demo. Granted, it wasn't the one we want (Ignite engine) but at least it was released - before the game's release so people could play it and have a few weeks to make up their mind whether they wish to buy the game on release or not.

The problem is, he lies on behalf of KONAMI.

What is more annoying is... Hosoda openly answers to questions and he was the one who said there won't be rain on any platform. Yet, Adam tweeted, he will see what "the team" can do for PC and maybe patch adding it will come. Bullshit.

(even though, Rain - as selectable option is in referenced strings, if you look in exe).

Hm. He also covered up Stadium Editor with... EA Sports. Lack of stadiums - no time to rebuild them for new engine, lack of faces - new engine.

Seriously speaking, is PES Team made of 10 people? Then lack of time would make more sense, but I swear I thought it was made by at least 10x bigger team. :/

demo for PC was said to be released few days after game release. Boom, no demo.

Video gamers are about the least imaginative lot one could... imagine. The negativity directed at this game every year for not having things like real teams and 50 stadiums should tell you that.

I see him as some kind of sacrificial lamb, useful for Konami but not so useful for the community.

The person who must be most pleased with Adam's appointment is Jon Murphy. Heard anything from him lately? Adam takes all the shit these days.

The negativity is largely due to the unfinished feel of PES2014, a game that has, let's not forget, been in the works for a few years if what we were told was true.

The gameplay is a definite forward step but the way that other areas of the game have regressed is what irks many people. It's typical Konami.

Stadia, for example have been reduced to less than half of what we had in PES2013. It's only natural that fans will be disappointed and ask questions.

Wasn't the advantage rule always there? I've seen the referee put 2 arms up for advantage after being fouled.

On a similar note, has anybody noticed that the AI doesn't foul as much? Or maybe that is because of how I play.

It's not his fault for the lack of a demo or a steam release, it is however his fault to guarantee things that didn't happen. He does this constantly.

That's just Konami in general. They seem to muddle through everything they do. Very unprofessional for a company of such size, stature and resource.
