My game runs perfectly, high detail, AAx4, Vsync On, etc... but there's no crowd in the stadiums... WTF?.

Disable the AA override on your graphics card.

set anti-aliasing to 'application controlled' within Catalyst.

I was looking at advice on if I could just upgrade my motherboard to an i5 or i7 and install a new hard drive, not going to buy crap for PC World will all those annoying, horrible commercial programs locked in which makes the CPU take forever to switch on and all sorts,

Ain't buying shit from them in terms of built PC's my PC came from Overclockers and the absence of these crappy programs means it still runs nicely even now.

Nice one - that's the way to do it.

Seriously, this guy at PC World actually came out and told me that they deliberately fill up slots to restrict future upgrades (good job none of his superiors heard him)! For example, they'll use four 256mb sticks instead of one 1gb stick.

Not really, My problems are being cause by crappy software, whether it be the game or AMD drivers. Your's however are caused by your computer being Poo :P

For anyone that ordered from Gaming Dragons, I got the pre release game load sent to my email. It says the code will be sent when it arrives, lol. The nice thing is that it says the release date is the 19th, so maybe everyone will get it on this date.

True.

And colors are a lot less vibrant on PC. I've tried many things on my monitor and can't get them to be as vibrant as a real match on TV.

Not only that, but they didn't get around to adding the right-stick switching that was in 2013. I know it's a new engine but there are a lot of simple, obvious things missing right now.

Hold L1 and move the right-stick around and it works.

It's there but you need to hold L1 while directing the right stick to any player.

Interestly just noticed that pes 14 only seems to use 1 core, it actually maxes out a single core of my I7....

konami need to learn something about efficiency

Place the files in the root folder where pes 2014 is installed. As for using sweetfx, it's just a matter of tinkering around with the settings (SweetFX_settings.txt) to your liking.

so in simplest term, sweetfx will make the PES 2014 gaming in PC much more realistic because it tweak the graphic in such way that it improves it ?

Core i7 on Socket 2011 with XFX 7970 BE runs the game soooo smooth.
First i watches CL on the same monitor, i thought PES was real life...
(Names above heads and powerbar = off)

Pretty much yeah. It's purely cosmetic and adds tremendous depth to the visuals when done right.

So, yesterday I've tried the game and I was very suprised how good it was.
It runs very smooth on my computer (Quad Core 2,66 GHz, 4 GB RAM, HD7770 and Win7 Ultimate 64-Bit), only in replas and squad-window it seems a bit laggy (but dunno why, can be a bug from the game itself).
I'll list some pros and cons now, but remember I only played 4 matches, so I can't tell really much bout it now:

PRO/+
- Nice, smooth graphic
- New animations, skills, styles of walking
- The fans are really improved, you hear them shouting and anything else
- New commentaries, which are really nice
- Gameplay feels really good
- The games are really realistic, it feels good and the players are sometimes really different
- Throw-ins are now possible without a game break (what not means there aren't any breaks :P)
- The Heart feature seems good, I played on a stadium of another team and after I scored 2 goals, you feel that the enemy team goes slowly down (seemed that this is the Heart feature)

CONS/-
- Sometimes the commentary says "and the corner is kicked by" and then nothing, seems a bug, because he should say the players name
- When the commentary say "good clearing by" and then the players name, you hear that they used different soundfiles
- GK are in most situations really good, but sometimes they only stand there and watching how the ball rolls into the goal, need to be fixed
- I played 4 games and the referee never use his whistle (only for offside or half-time/end game). I mean, its cool so, but sometimes I think he should blow his whistle and give a freekick or something, but until now no cards, no fks, no penaltys
- They should fix the problems of the engine on replays (they look really slow motioned) and on the squad-window (here I also saw that it is now harder to change positions directly, cuz the game don't recognize some positions first)

Thats my opinion after 4 games.

Finally I'm happy with the game, yes.

Thank you Sir! Really appreciate the gesture =)

I realized real life matches on TV (specially Champions League ones, I don't know why) have some kind of filter on the image. Everything looks smooth yet sharpen, vibrant yet not saturated and with something like a soft blue mask. I will try your SweetFX settings and see whether I can improve them to look more like what I'm talking about.
