PS3 Option File for this year, will it matter if you're on BLUS or BLES version of PES 2014?

Just like last year, all PS3 option file will work on any version of PES 2013 (Region 1 - 6) i believe.

Sorry mate, don't remember specifics of BLUS, just remember thinking "That simplifies things".

So not sure whether this will work with BLES.

I must say this guy is a hero for creating an OF for the ps3 version, the lag in the edit mode is unbarebla for me... really THAT bad. took me like 2 hours to edit one single team.. takes 10-15 seconds to load up a skin tone for god sakes.

The tackling physics are just brilliant in this game, it's making me foul the crap out of players.

The first tackle here, I love how he hooks the guy's legs from under him and notice how the tackler gets up to reveal the grass stain on his shorts exactly where he slid.

the game started to reveal it's ugly face...The Tip to score and win against any team: thanks to a defending glitch or i dunno how to call it, so just:

- pick a quick striker(like giovinco, tevez etc)
- place him as the only one striker up front
- get the ball to him
- just run at the 2 centre backs directly by tapping the sprint button
- important: aim for the hole between them, no matter how fast they are, no matter who they are, no matter wich difficulty u are on, they wont give a f*ck

note: probably wont work if there are a midfielder there too, or this situation is around the box, where are more opponnents are

I know what you think now: "yeah but a quick striker will outrun 2 defenders for sure, its not a bug"..no? really? even if its 90% succes(if u can aim for the hole between them, no matter how tight it is)?

wake up konami...im out, rather watch some trash movie

easier than Professional and top player, terrible defensive responsiveness, its very easy to just play through balls and score. It's unfinished.

Is Adam aware of it and has he acknowledged that they will look into it? :o

just played a competition, i didnt want to conclude too early without real experience, but seems like we are fooled again, yet another game for children, only hoping for fixing the superstar difficulty to be superstrong or have faith in yair & nesa...bright prospects i know

In the main menu, go to options, system settings, install game data or something like that.

Good riddance. You totally disregarded the fact that there will be a day 1 patch. YOU TOTALLY neglected the vast improvements to gameplay and had an epic moan.. In fact, if you are not currently satisfied, then...... You probably are better of watching a 'trash movie'.

and now im the bad guy because i said something negative about the precious PES2014...wich is true and oh more confusion as we speek i dont agree with Klash, i think superstar level is much stronger & challenging than Top Player tho the game still has serious flaws on superstar

Either someone is nitpicking or people are not open to criticism.

Some people are just in the wrong state of mind when it comes to PES 2014. They look at this game as being the savior to all Football games and and immediately place it upon a golden pedestal..if you are, your gonna disappoint yourself thus blaming the game (KONAMI).

The 1st year of a game or anything, does not make or break it...it simply gives you an insight of what could be.

Change the way you look at PES2014...don't look at is as the King is Back ..No..look at it as new beginning, a new start of that can be possible in the future,there are gonna be flaws,mistakes,setbacks along this journey guys..that's just how it is when your're making progress.

Just my 2cents..

If he doesn't like the game it's his business. If everyone was the same and agreed the world would be a fucking boring place. You'd swear he committed blasphemy. An opinion is an opinion at the end of the day.
I'm still waiting for the game, I can't wait to get it but I can see myself getting bored of playing ML since the Olimpico is gone (and thus the experience playing as Lazio is less realistic than previous PES games), that is unless a modder creates it soon.

Paul, is this also the case if the opponent plays with 3 CB's?
If the opponent is not the CPU but a human player, can't he avoid this by use the second press and back up the CB's?
Maybe you should send feedback to Konami about this. I don't think they are aware of this. It cannot be right.

Some people have continued to like the game, and while being acutely aware of the flaws and rightly calling them out, they've also managed to enjoy the positives all these years regardless of the extreme, vitriolic, hyperactive criticism the game gets (making it seem as if there were no positives at all) and the press fawning over fifa.

For those people 2014 is not really a saviour of the series, but a continuation of what they already enjoy.

The thing that mainly concerns me nowadays as a primarily online player are:
-What are the exploits?
-What can you do to counter them?

If they do annoy a lot, then I just measure how much I play and rotate with other games so as not to get too frustrated. That way I can still enjoy the positives, and compensate for the negatives with counter strategies and amount of playtime, which I think is a balanced approach.

I agree. Yes there are bugs and exploits, but that comes with a new engine and new ideas. In my opinion, this is the next step in the evolution of this series. In this sense it is relatable to Fifa's step from FIFA07 to FIFA08 (?). It's kind of like reinventing the wheel.

This game was essentially made from scratch with a focus on gameplay in mind. Someone mentioned that Kei worked on PES3 and PES5 I believe, and if so, no wonder playing this game bring back those nostalgic feelings of good gameplay.

So let people enjoy the game if they want, if they don't like it, so be it. Opinions are our own.

From the demo, I have not seen any fighting/brawl scene happening.

Yeah, hopefully there will be something like that. The 'other game' refuses to acknowledge the fact that players push and shove each other around; hopefully Konami will be more sensible.

I don't think the collisions are that impressive. Granted FIFA's are clowny and unrealistic, these ones aren't any better.

The day clipping on football games ends will be a glorious day.

Until then, we'll have to put up with this.

Anywho, couldn't GTA V's physics be adapted to PES?

I know they have RAGE to back it up and Euphoria too and, granted there is no replay mode on consoles, there's no way to see if clipping does indeed exist but the collisions there are so lifelike that it is ridiculous.

There's clipping but it's miles better than FIFAs and all PES games before it. When players land you can see their joints hitting the ground and impacting as they should. The physics are outstanding.

Eupheria is completely unique in what it does. FIFA tries to do something similar but fails miserably.

Havok physics still use preset animations but have real-time limb collision. If PES had tons of different falling animations we wouldn't need much else.
